STITCHLUBE™
Synthetic Stitching Oil
It is a fully formulated synthetic stitching oil, specially designed for the lubrication of modern fast speed sewing machines such as Juki, Pegasus, Pfaff, Singer, Brother etc. It is water washable and lasts much longer than the conventional petroleum oils. Because of its low friction, it reduces power and increases the life of needles and components considerably. It is an Anti-static, non-staining oil and does not leave any carbon deposit. Any stains on the fabric / garment can be easily washed away with water or our Stain Remover Spray.

Thread lubricant
It is specially formulated silicone oil with additives suitable for thread and yarn lubrication for stitching and embroidering machines. It reduces static and heat buildup during processing and thereby significantly aid manufacturing by effectively reducing breakage's, enabling increased machine speeds, hence improved productivity.

Anti-static Cleaner
CVC TEXCLEAN is a non-flammable, non-hazardous product that is inherently biodegradable and will remove all dust, dirt, fluff and other contaminants such as oil grease, waxes and silicones.

drying.
Removes all gummy and carbon deposits.
Forms protective layer on rubber belts to prevent
gummy deposits, starchy materials etc. from sticking directly on
the belt.
Extends fluff cleaning interval between lapping.

Application :
It is used for cleaning and maintaining Teflon / Rubber Belts of
continuous collar / cuff / belt-roll of Fusing machines. Sprays
on contaminated and dirty surfaces and allow it to work a short
time after which the components can be wiped off i.e. Cots and
Aprons, Top & Bottom rollers, Guide rolls of draw frames,
speed frames, ring frames.

Tacky Non-Dripping Spray
VISCOLUBE 'T' is a non-dripping, non-staining lubricant which sprays like oil but sticks like grease. It is particularly useful for textile industry where it prevents spotting of fabric by clinging to high speed rubbing surfaces. It is also useful for lubricating open gears, vertical guides etc, in food cosmetic pharmaceutical, and paint industry where cleanliness is of extreme importance.

Synthetic Knitting Oil
It is a fully formulated Synthetic Knitting oil, especially
designed for the lubrication of needles of knitting machine to
provide long life and extremely low friction performance. It is a
non-staining synthetic oil which does not leave any carbonaceous
deposit and due to its excellent lubricity, it reduces the power
requirement of the drives. Its mild anti-static and anti-rust
properties make it suitable for use in spray packing for flat
knitting, texturizng and winding machinery employed in Textile
and Polymer industries.
