Specialty Knitting Oil
It is specially formulated economic Knitting oil, especially designed for the lubrication of needles of older & slower knitting machines to provide long life and extremely low friction performance. It is a non-staining synthetic oil which does not leave any carbonaceous deposit and due to its excellent lubricity, it reduces the power requirement of the drives. Its mild anti-static and anti-rust properties make it suitable for use in high speed knitting, texturizing & winding machinery employed in Textile and Polymer industries.

SPRAY
For
Knitting & Sewing Machines
This is a high quality organic cleaner which cleans, penetrates and protects all delicate machinery and parts which are in motion in knitting machines. It is also a non-staining, anti-static, non-freezing cleaner suitable for cleaning of profile / groove of butt and latch of needles of knitting machines.

Direction for use
:
For best results, please keep the machine running and follow the
STEPS given below :-
STEP 1
Blow air from all sides to remove excess fluff and loose deposits
from the cams and needles etc. before spraying KNITKLEEN Spray.
STEP 2
keep the tin 15-20 cms. away from the cams and spray gently on
the needle surface till it looks wet and shiny.
STEP 3
Allow the spray to penetrate and clean the cams, needles for
about 15 minutes after which, it will loosen the dirt, dust and
fluffy deposits from the contaminated surface.
STEP 4
Finally, blow air all over the sprayed surfaces till all the
contamination is removed.

Semi-synthetic Gear Oil
It is a specially formulated gear oil with anti-foaming agents
and friction modifiers to facilitate high performance, longer
life and saving in energy. It is also available in different
viscosity grades such as ISO VG 32 / 40 / 68 / 100 / 150 / 220 /
460.

It is a semi-synthetic high performance lubricating oil fortified with anti-corrosive anti-oxidant and EP additives apart from specially formulated friction modifiers making it suitable for versatile functions. It is also available in different viscosity grades such as ISO VG 10 / 15 / 22 / 32 / 46 / 68 / 100 / 150.
