SYNOL™ MOLYPASTE N-3

It is a highly concentrated micro size molybdenum disulphide based multipurpose lubricating paste
It is used as an assembly paste for grease lubricated systems such as bearings, gears, piston rings, valve systems and for parts impossible to be lubricated or inaccessible in service to ensure freedom from scuffing or scoring during the initial operation.
It is an excellent heavy duty thread lubricant operating from -40º C to 1100º C to prevent seizure in the cases of nuts, bolts, studs, screws, locknuts, pipes and couplings, unions, U-bolts, flanges, exhaust manifolds etc.

SYNOL™ RG-10
High
Speed/Temp. Grease
It is a semi-synthetic grease specifically formulated with highly stable chemical additives for high speed operations as experienced in the case of internal grinders, gear couplings, universal joints, worm gears and gear boxes. It is also suitable for automatic lubrication systems where fluid greases are required to reduce the internal friction and pumping losses. The "DN" factor of the SYNOL RG-10 exceeds one million.
It is especially suitable for lubrication under high speed and extreme temperature application and can be used for antifriction bearings filled-for-life. The special chemical additives in the grease reduce the fatigue and abrasive wear considerably under these conditions. It is therefore, suitable for the high speed rotor bearings, pulleys and rollers of Open-End Spinning machines.

SYNOL™ P-48
It is highly stable synthetic lubricant designed for operating
under high dynamic loads where speeds are also very high in order
of 80,000 - 100,000 RPM.
It is normally used in place of SYNOL RG - 10 grease such as in rotor bearings of Open-End spinning machines operating at higher speeds where oil lubrication is preferable to grease lubrication. It is also a high temperature long life lubricant where operating temperatures go beyond 220º C.

SYNOL™ SYNGERAR J-3
Bearing Oil
This is a semi-synthetic high
quality lubricating oil used for lubrication of bearings
operating at high speeds and loads to provide long term
lubrication of bearings and gears of all industrial machinery. It
is an ideal lubricant for oil lubrication of bearings and gears
of all industrial machinery. It is an ideal lubricant for oil
lubrication systems used for cooling hot bearings through
circulation.
It has got excellent oxidation
stability and E.P. properties. It is used for the clutch of the
feed speed variable gear box, reverse motion feed box bearings
and gears of Open-End spinning machines.

SYNOL™ SYNGEAR K-12
Synthetic Gear Oil
This is a semi-synthetic high viscosity gear oil used especially for long term lubrication of gears and gear boxes subject to heavy loads on continuous basis. It is fortified with anti-oxident, corrosion inhibitor and EP additives.
In the Open-End Spinning machines it is used for the lubrication of draw-off variable speed gear box, connecting bushes, gear box for the remote regulations of the draw-off variable speed gear box, feed variable speed gear box and counter shaft of the feed mechanism and reverse motion box.

SYNOL™ SP - 220
Synthetic Gear Oil
It is similar in nature to
SYNOL SYNGEAR K-12, however, it can be used for more heavy duty
applications. In the Open-End Spinning machines it is used for
the lubrication of joki electric motor gears.

SYNOL™ XA-3
Synthetic Multipurpose Moly Grease
The most VERSATILE Synthetic
Multipurpose Moly based grease with special additives used for
plain and anti-friction bearings.
It increases bearing life, extends lubrication interval, lowers energy consumption, protects from rust & corrosion, and reduces grease inventory. It can be used in industries wherever multipurpose greases are used, especially for industries which consume ball and roller bearings, bushes and those which require regular lubrication of chains, linkages, joints, slides and ways. It can be dispensed through Centralised Lubrication System and it is an ideal lubricant for electric motors and water pumps. It can replace all conventional and multipurpose greases used in the textile industry and will give atleast 2 - 3 times longer re-lubrication intervals. Typical application in the Textile industry would be all greasing applications in all Textile machinery (except where specific products or lubricants are recommended). It can be used on LR cards, Combers, Pneumafil motors, Looms, Draw frames, Speed Autoconers and so on.
For Open-End Spinning machines it
can be used for winding rollers bushings, clutch bearings, guide
rollers etc. and for electric motors of spinning rotors and
combing rollers and fan/alternator bearings.
Temperature range : -20º to 180º C.

TEXLUBE®
Spray
For Open-End spinning
machines it can be used for traverse guide rod and bush bearing.
CVC TEXLUBE® is a non-staining cleaner-cum-lubricant for modern
textile machinery used for various operations such as spinning,
winding and weaving, knitting etc. Based on a specialty cleaner,
synthetic lubricant and other chemical additives, it immediately
penetrates and cleans fluff, dust and other deposits accumulated
on surfaces. Further it leaves a thin, non-staining and
non-sticky film of lubricant which protects the exposed surface
from rust & corrosion and reduces the wear & tear of
moving parts.
The main applications for CVC TEXLUBE® are for Knotters/splicers of winders, spinning and
weaving machinery, knitting and sewing machines, delicate
mechanisms and other high speed equipments. It is approved by
leading textile mills and Knotters/splicers manufacturers. It is
available in a handy Aerosol tin for instant cleaning action and
lubrication. It is completely safe, non-toxic and non-flammable
product suitable for numerous outdoor and indoor applications.
