Synthetic
spindle oil
This is fully formulated synthetic spindle oil, especially
designed for the lubrication of spindles used in the ring frames
to provide a long life and extremely low friction performance. It
is a non-staining synthetic oil which does not leave any
carbonaceous deposit and due to its excellent lubricity, it
reduces the power requirement of spindle drives. It is also used
for the lubrication of high speed bearings and other fast moving
bearing surfaces like grinding spindles. It is recommended for
use in the spindle bolsters of all types of Ring frames,
Doublers, TFO twisters and other similar machinery. It is
recommended that SYNOL FLUSHKLEEN - 9 OIL be used for cleaning
bolsters before changing over to SYNOL ES-9 for best results.

Flushing Oil
SYNOL FLUSHKLEEN-9 OIL is highly effective flushing oil, which
removes carbon and varnish deposits of the oxidized oil and other
contaminants. It also leaves after displacing the carbon
deposits, a thin film of synthetic lubricant, which will act as a
light lubricant and rust preventive. It is normally used for
cleaning and flushing of equipments and components which are
subsequently lubricated with synthetic oils.

Synthetic Multipurpose Moly Grease
The most VERSATILE Synthetic Multipurpose Moly based grease with
special additives used for plain and antifriction bearings. It
increases bearing life, extends lubrication interval, lowers
energy consumption, protects from rust & corrosion, and
reduces grease inventory. It can be used in industries wherever
multipurpose greases are used, especially for industries which
consume ball and roller bearings, bushes and those which require
lubrication of chains, linkages, joints, slides and ways. It can
be dispensed through centralised lubrication system and it is an
ideal lubricant for electric motors and water pumps.
It can replace all conventional and multipurpose greases Used in
the textile industry and will give at least 2-3 times longer
re-lubrication intervals. Typical application in the Textile
industry would be all greasing application in all Textile
machinery (except where specific products or lubricants are
recommended.) It can be used on LR cards, Combers, Pneumafill
motors, Looms, Draw frames, Speed frames, Autoconers and so on.

Off-white
High Temp. Grease for Draw Frames
It is a specially blended formulation of complex soap off-white grease fortified with special additives to meet critical industrial applications in the textile and engineering industries. It is especially suited for the lubrication of high speed, high temperature, ball and roller bearings, needle bearings and plain bearings under heavy loads.
It is a highly adhesive, friction reducing, withstanding extreme temperature / load, water repellent grease suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications.
Typical applications in the Textile industry would be for the lubrication of top roller and bushes of DO / 2S and DO / 6 and RSB draw frames manufactured by LMW.
It can substitute for heavy duty
applications, black high temperature moly grease, required in
Ring frames & Draw frames, Pneumafill motors and greasing
applications of all spinning machinery.
Temperature Range : -20º C to +250º C.

CVC
SLT OIL SPECIAL
For
Simplex Collars
CVC SLT OIL special is
specifically formulated synthetic oil with additives suitable for
the lubrication of Simplex collars of speed frames used in the
Textile industry. It is a non-staining, non-sticking, 
long-life
lubricant which does not allow cotton fluff, dirt and dust to
stick to the spindle, thus ensuring long term lubrication. The
oil has been formulated with special additives which form a
lubricative film on the spindle over which the synthetic oil
slides. For this reason, initially the dosage of oil is higher
till the lubricative film is formed by additives. Subsequently
the replenishment dosage of CVC SLT formed by additives.
Subsequently the replenishment dosage of CVC SLT OIL special
reduces greatly and thereby providing economic lubrication.
CVC SLT OIL special provides the most effective way of
lubricating the spindle of simplex collars of speed frames in the
textile industry. It has been so formulated that long-term
lubrication is achieved with reduced maintenance and cleaning
procedures which hitherto was problematic with conventional
petroleum based oils.
Dosage and Method of Application :
For lubrication the spindle for the first time with CVC SLT OIL
special, please clean the spindle thoroughly from the previous
oil, dirt, dust and the accumulated cotton fluff. After
thoroughly cleaning the spindle, apply CVC SLT OIL special in the
following manner:
1. Squeeze 20 drops of CVC SLT OIL special per spindle to wet it
throughly.
2. After 5-days of running, please apply 15 drops to the spindle.
3. After 10 days again apply 15 drops and subsequently replenish
with 10 drops of CVC SLT OIL special to the spindle every 10
days.
4. please ensure that during every cleaning schedule, the inner
portion of the bobbins should be cleaned.
Note: Some spindle may run dry faster in which case the repenishment should be done earlier
This way gradually, the lubricative film will build-up on spindle after which only the make-up oil is required in a smaller quantity to replenish the film during subsequent operations.
