Splicer / Knotter Cleaner
CVC TEXLUBE® is non-staining
cleaner-cum-lubricant for modern textile machinery used for
various operations such as spinning, winding and weaving,
knitting etc. Based on a 
specialty
cleaner, synthetic lubricant and other chemical additives, it
immediately penetrates and cleans tint, fluff, dust and other
deposits accumulated on surfaces. Further it leaves a thin,
non-staining and non-sticky film of lubricant on all types of
scissors & cutters of splicers / knotters which protects
exposed surface from rust & corrosion and reduces the wear
& tear of moving parts.
Specially formulated for splicers and knotters of SAVIO SMARTCONER SCHLAFHORST AUTOCONER MURATA MACH and MESDAN/PADMATEX RJK/PEASS winders
Application
:
For knotters / splicers of winders, spinning and weaving
machinery, knitting and sewing machines, delicate mechanisms and
other high speed equipments.

CVC MOLYTEX® is based on Molybdenum disulphide, Synthetic
lubricant and chemical additives such as anti-oxident and rust
inhibitor to provide long-term, smooth lubricating action
under
extremes of loads and temperatures. It also protects metal parts
from rust and corrosion when subjected to humidity and corrosive
atmosphere. If also acts as a fuel economy additive for motor
oils and EP & Anti-wear additive to improve efficiency of
industrial lubricants.

Application :
It is used in treatment of hydraulic fluids, ester fluid

Specialty Wax Coating for Yarns
WAX ROLLS are formulated with high quality super-refined paraffin and similar waxes, oils and additives to give yarns a perfectly uniform wax coating. The wax coating provides uniform tension, prevents fly or lint formulation and reduces (i) yarn friction considerably during operation and (ii) wear of needles thereby prolong the life of needles substantially. For sewing threads, the wax coating allows high speed for stitching without causing end breakages. The readily water soluble wax coating is recommended for yarns which will be subsequently going for dyeing and bleaching operations.
