CHEMAX MULTIKOTES incorporated in 1996, has a full-fledged oil and wax blending plant and 3 fully automatic wax rolls moulding machines capable of producing more than 3 million wax rolls per year. It is equiped with a quality control laboratory for routine quality control testing and development. All the waxes offered by the company are non toxic and bio degradable and therefore they are totally environmental friendly. Chemax wax rolls are specifically formulated to meet ECO requirements for exports of Indian textiles as they are totally free from hazardous chemicals like Pentachlorophenol (PCP), Silcione oil etc.

The wax rolls are formulated with high quality super-refined paraffin and speciality waxes, oils and additives to give yarns a perfectly uniform wax coating. The wax coating provides uniform tension, prevents fly or lint formation and reduces yarn friction considerably during operation and wear of needless thereby prolongs the life of needless substantial. For sewing threads, the wax coating allows high speeds for stitching without causing end breakages. The readily water soluble wax coating is recomended for yarns which will be subsequently going for dyeing and bleaching operations.

When selecting wax grade, the following conditions should be taken into consideration,
Type of yarn
Temperature condition / Humidity.
Requirement for each yarn (wax deposition etc.)
